Carol's Stock Market

The only traditional hand-made, multi-award winning all natural stock available in Ireland.

We take quality ingredients and slowly simmer for many hours to produce a traditional and authentic range of stocks and bone broths. We take our time during the production process to ensure we produce the highest quality broths which are both nutrient dense and full of flavour. Making a good broth takes time and we don't believe in taking any short cuts.

Our stocks make the perfect foundation ingredient for your healthy, home-cooked meals, and my bone broths can be used as a wonderful restorative drink or as a base for your soups and stews.

McKenna's Guide

Carol and her team were delighted to find out that their products made it into the highly esteemed McKenna's Guides again for 2024, our fourth consecutive year in doing so, and are officially listed as "Best In Ireland".

This is an amazing recognition because the McKennas' Guides are a great barometer of excellence in Irish food.

Traditional

Humans have been making stock for thousands of years and we make ours exactly the same way, using high quality beef, chicken, pork and turkey bones, fresh vegetables, fresh herbs and seasonings. We simmer for several hours to create intense flavours which make the perfect nutritional base for everything from soups and stews to sauces and gravies to curries and risottos.

Quality

We use the highest quality ingredients that we can source to ensure we always produce premium quality stocks and bone broths. Our beef bones are 100% certified Irish Angus beef and we only use Irish free range pork, chicken and turkey. We use organic vegetables and fresh herbs and locally sourced seasonings where possible.

Healthy

Great stock isn't just about great-tasting meals. Our stocks are low in sugar and salt, contain no additives or preservatives and are gluten free.

Our bone broths are very high in collagen and protein-rich.

Healing

We simmer our stocks & broths for hours to ensure they are packed full of all the vitamins and minerals which occur naturally in beef, chicken, pork and turkey bones. Traditional stock can help soothe the digestive system, bolster the immune system, and can even help to promote healthy skin, hair, and nails. It is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties, and can help keep bones & joints strong.
