My beef stock is made from from the highest quality 100% Irish grass fed beef bones from cattle which are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
I smother the bones in tomato paste, roast them slowly until they caramelise and then cover with water and simmer for several hours along with locally sourced vegetables and fresh herbs to produce a natural, healthy stock which is chock full of flavour.
