Makes 2 large glasses
2 Red Apples
70g Pitted Dates
250ml Carol's Stock Market Beef Bone Broth
250ml Milk of choice
125g Greek Yoghurt
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
For a thicker iced-frappe consistency, freeze the bone broth in ice-cube trays and add frozen cubes instead.
