Postage & Delivery

I like my products to arrive to my customers at their freshest so all our orders are carefully packed in cold boxes with ice sheets in order to keep the product chilled during the delivery process.
I use couriers for all deliveries. Please allow 24-48 hours for delivery from time of shipping to customer delivery.

My stocks are packaged in convenient branded stand up spout pouches with tamper proof lids that help to preserve freshness and flavour and are perfect for fridge or freezer storage.

Ordering Terms & Conditions

Delivery Policy:
Once your order is dispatched, delivery with DPD Couriers is typically next day however on occasion, it can take up to two days. We send you an email notifications with tracking information to allow you to track and follow your parcel. DPD also provide tracking for customers via email with an estimated timeframe for delivery. Please note that it is important to be available for delivery as your goods are perishable and need to stay chilled. We do pack the boxes carefully with adequate chilled temperature protection however, please ensure that someone is there to sign for your parcel, you can also ask us to deliver to your work address. You may have an arrangement with your local DPD driver for them to leave it in an appropriate safe place but please make sure it gets placed into refrigeration as soon as possible to protect the integrity and safety of our products We like to ask you for your mobile number and always request the driver contact you if nobody is home, but we can not guarantee this will happen. It is at the driver's discretion that this is done. As your package is perishable, it is not covered and we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the case that you fail to take delivery. Please note, while we make every effort possible to deliver your goods on the agreed day, we are not liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our products are "safely" packaged in cool boxes with ice sheets to maintain a cool temperature of 5 degrees or lower.

Payment Policy:
Payment is requested securely and processed using Shopify Payments system at the time the order is placed. If for some reason, we can not fill your order in the current week, you will be notified immediately via email and a next delivery date be given to you. If this is not suitable for you, we can cancel your order and refund the charges.
