My vegetable stock is loaded with as many nourishing organic root vegetables as I can cram into the pot, infused with herbs and simmered very slowly to extract every last drop of flavour. My vegetables are all locally grown and sourced.
This stock is so versatile, it can be used to flavour both meat and vegetarian meals.
