Made with organic miso and ginger. Our mushroom broth has been created to add lots of flavour and nourishment to many different types of dishes both vegetarian and meat based.
We start by charring our onions to release their sweetness and then add them to the pot with organic miso, Irish mushrooms, Irish wakame seaweed and fresh ginger. We very gently simmer our broth until it is fragrant and flavourful. This broth is a powerhouse of nourishment and makes a great a base for all sorts of dishes that can compliment many different types of cuisine.
